Opened in 1999 the owner was born and raised here in the valley with 5 gerneration of family who helped to build courtenay, My greek cafe offers homemade greek dishes made with love. We offer sit in, take out, phone in, drive thru, gluten free options, Kids meals and bulk purchases to take home for the family for a sunday night dinner or for camping. With Beef and Lamb cut directly off the horrizontal rotating spit you can watch the meat cook before your eyes and watch your gyros be prepared. What is the difference between a Gyros and a Donair you ask, well a Gyros is served with tzatziki sauce and a Donair is served with a Canandian east coast sweet sauce, Both are served on a 7' pita bread with lettuce, tomatoes and onions, and if you are a hungry man we do offer a super gyros which is double meat, A Gyros in your Hand becomes a Yummy in your Tummy. Our cafe is a bit off the beaten path, down puntledge rd which is a industrial area but well worth the trip. just ask the locals.
